Dear Mr. Calvert:

This letter is to inform you that I do not consent to Sabal Trail, Spectra Energy or any of its agents or employees entering my two properties (Tract No. 29888.800, Parcel Id. No. C021094 and Tract No. 29888.820, Parcel Id. No. C022 024 in Colquitt County, GA).

The 150 acre tract contains two ponds, woodlands, and 100 acres of cropland. The proposed pipeline runs diagonally through this property for almost a mile. The no-till method of farming is used. This is a year round process where cover crops are planted immediately following the harvesting of the main crops. This farm has been in my family and farmed by family members for over 120 years. On the 25 acres lay my home, a branch, and wetlands. I do not want anyone disturbing this delicate eco-system in any manner. This is home to deer, hawks, gopher tortoises, a pair of red-cockaded wood peckers, and many other species of wildlife.

Any entry onto either of these two properties will be deemed a trespass.

Sincerely,

Sandra G. Yarbrough Jones
