Dear Mr. Teague,

I would like to thank you for the time you spent with me this morning regarding my concerns about the proposed natural gas pipeline FERC docket filing PF14-1.

The information that I am requesting is as follows:

A list of all of the regulatory agencies required to approve and oversee permits.
A parcel map of the route of the pipeline through all the affected counties and/or municipalities
A hierarchical list of what federal, state and local governments and/or agencies that are involved in this process. Please list in a time line order.
The impact area if the pipeline were to be breached and in the event of explosion.

My goal is to be able to make an informed decision regarding my support or objection to this project. I have found that the outreach programs to date have been ineffectual in providing sufficient information to aid us in making a decision based on all of the facts.

I truly appreciate your assistance and look forwarding to reviewing the requested information. As Benjamin Franklin said, “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest”.

Sincerely,
